A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class or workshop.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 calendar week (7 days) before the scheduled class or workshop.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
Refunds are not available for deposits or full payments.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
For replacements, we will arrange for a new delivery at the earliest convenience.
In the unlikely event we need to reschedule or cancel a class/workshop, you will be offered a credit note or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
By booking, you agree to this policy.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any available class or workshop.
